ESFPT L.L.C has established itself as a renowned post-tensioning company in the region being headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. ESF has completed more than 500 projects in UAE itself. Moreover, ESF has been involved in projects in K.S.A Qatar, Oman, and Africa. It has obtained its license in United States hence thereby covering the Middle East and expanding to all other regions.

Raft Foundation.

Raft foundations are a type of foundation with high integrity in which four foundation piers are connected together using a large foundation slab to form a massive structure and the foundation piers are connected through beams.

ESF has successfully executed the first ever PT Raft foundation in Oman. Also, similar projects were executed in U.A.E. Design of raft PT slab requires skilled and precise analysis, which were carried out by expert staff of ESF.

Normal PT Slabs.

Conventional slab reinforcement and additional protruding high-strength steel tendons, which are consequently subjected to tension after the concrete has set.

Post-tensioned (PT) slabs are typically flat slabs, band beam and slabs or ribbed slabs. PT slabs offer the thinnest slab type, as concrete is worked to its strengths, mostly being kept in compression. Longer spans can be achieved due to prestress, which can also be used to counteract deflections.

Voided PT Slabs.

Voided slab systems, which are lighter concrete slabs because the structure is not completely filled with concrete. These type of systems has voided spaces that lighten the structure.

Voided PT slab, a construction technique developed in USA &  Europe, was applied in Estidama Pearl 3 rated project for Siemens Head Quarters in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E
